    Potential was there, but cleanliness and noise ruined it

    The hotel is located in a really nice area. Everyone who works at the hotel is simply nice and helpful! They are all lovely! The pool is also lovely.

    The room was not clean at all, giving an uncomfortable feeling as most things were dirty, especially the bathroom hair in the sink and dirt on the floor. On top of that, there was barely any water pressure most of the time, neither in the shower nor in the sink. It was quite disappointing. ​Overall, the room itself is very nice, but it isn't clean enough, and on top of that, you can't take a shower, wash up, or brush your teeth... disappointing. ​One last thing: there was construction noise that wasn't mentioned in advance or at check-in. They are building something on the 6th floor, and since we were on the 5th floor, we couldn't rest in the room during the afternoon.

    La vétusté des équipements, notamment les salles de bain. Les tapis dans les chambres sont inutiles et source d'incrustation de poussières et saleté. Dommage, car il y a de beaux carrelages, plus faciles à nettoyer
