    They really love animals, and there are cats and dogs around the hotel grounds. This wasn’t a problem for us at all. The staff are very kind and genuinely care about their guests. Whether you need a taxi, a mule, a motorcycle, or food delivery, they’re always willing to help and try to find the best options for you.

    I wasn’t happy with the breakfast options. The menu seemed to be the same every day, with very limited variety. There was no fruit, cereal, or other alternatives apart from scrambled eggs. Another issue was the water at the hotel. I’m not sure if this is common across the island, but the water always tasted salty, whether I was taking a shower or brushing my teeth. This made the experience less comfortable. I also noticed a constant feeling of dampness in the room, as if the humidity was too high. I overheard other guests mentioning that their rooms were also in poor condition due to humidity, so it seems this might be a more widespread issue at the hotel. The last point is the hotel location, it is really far away from downtown, but this is external to the hotel, just consider in your budget the taxi’s fare.
