    The staffs were really helpful and kind.

    The room that we got was very small, 16 m2 but it felt smaller as the bed was big. The sauna or hammam is NOT free and you should make a reservation, 1 hour limited per session, which I understood from the website it was free at least one sauna. There is a pool indeed, but I don't think the temperature was 29 degrees as indicated on the website - it was quite cold.

    Our room was very comfortable. Good bed and linens. Coffee maker in room. Breakfast was excellent.

    We were first given a room with a horrible outlook. When we requested a change, an alternative was found but it was disappointing to be given a poor room on our first visit. Dinner was DREADFUL, badly presented and poorly served. Even though I did not have a dessert (3 courses automatically charged) I was still charged for a coffee.
