The room was clean and a good location.
We had a duplex suite with a fireplace. We asked a week before our stay (within the free cancellation period) if there was a fireplace because I had a special evening planned for my husband’s birthday. They confirmed back in writing there was a fireplace (this was a human replying). However, when we arrived for my husband’s birthday the fireplace was not working and we were told by Yeihemia that they were turned off because it was still end of September (“summer”) and then Yeihemia changed her story saying it’s a maintenance issue. But maintenance was off sick and the manager, Carole, was not working. We emailed Carole for a partial refund - it’s now a month later and we are still waiting an answer.
