  Beautiful apartment, but a very disappointing experience

  The apartment itself is very nice, modern, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is fine for a short stay, although for a longer visit, I would probably prefer somewhere a little more central. Unfortunately, despite the excellent first impression, our overall experience turned out to be one of the worst we have ever had at a hotel/apt. Upon arrival, we found a significant amount of hair in the bathroom, to the point that we had to ask the staff to clean it again. They agreed, and when we left the room, we specifically informed the staff that it would be a good opportunity to take care of it. They acknowledged our request and assured us that it would be done. However, when we returned, we found the exact same hair in the exact same spots. It was immediately obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned again at all. When we raised the issue with the staff, we received nothing but generic, standard responses. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the complete lack of concern, initiative, or accountability. Although they offered to clean the bathroom again, it was already late, and we simply wanted to enjoy our two days in Busan rather than spend more time dealing with this issue. In the end, we cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Mistakes can happen at any hotel/apt., and we would have been understanding had the staff acknowledged the oversight and made a genuine effort to resolve it. Instead, we were left feeling that our concerns simply did not matter. It is a real shame, because the property itself has a lot going for it. However, a modern, well-equipped hotel is only as good as the cleanliness and service it provides. Unfortunately, the lack of basic housekeeping standards and the staff’s indifferent attitude overshadowed everything else. A hotel/apt. with great potential, but an experience that fell far below expectations.

  Se trata de un edificio de apartamentos que no pertenece del todo a una sola entidad, por lo que el acceso hasta el apartamento fue un poco complejo.

  Close to train station and public transport. Walking distances to plenty of eating and drinking places.

  We found the instructions from the train station to the apartment is very confusing, and no one around to ask as there is no reception desk. We finally found a security guard who speak some English, took us to the lift and the floor of our room. Eventually we worked out the best route to the train station and bus stops etc.

  Manque de condiments, de serviettes, de couette, ménage à faire mieux et réparer les éléments cassés .
