Der Online-Check-in verlief problemlos. Die Anleitungen zur Toröffnung, zum Erreichen der Wohnung sowie für den Erhalt der Schlüssel (Schließfach) waren übersichtlich gehalten. Wenn man im Innenhof steht, ist man zuerst etwas "geschockt", denn die Gebäude sind älteren Baujahrs und das sieht man ihnen an. Aber sobald man die Wohnung betritt, ist man begeistert. Alles ist hell, modern, sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Betten sind bequem, und es gab genügend Handtücher für alle 3 Personen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Die Lage direkt am Naviglio ist schön und man erreicht alles fußläufig. Gut, dass man einen Parkplatz im Innenhof hat, denn in der Nähe gibt es nur wenig Parkplätze.
In der Dusche sollten der Schlauch und der Duschkopf erneuert werden. Der Kopf der Regendusche müsste entkalkt werden. Die Seitenwand der bodentiefen Dusche ist etwas kurz, man setzt schnell das halbe Bad unter Wasser, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Poco menaje para estar 5 días y 5 personas. Donde ucha q. sale agua enseguida (traga mal) , no había papel higiénico para 5 personas 6 días. No había jabón para lavadora, ya q tuvimos q lavarnos las toallas nosotros . Las camas cómodas.. El grifo de la fregadera poco estable y la mesa poca,estabilidad. En general un mantenimiento muy precario
