Worst experience in Thailand.
Nothing.
Staff was untrained. Noisy rooms,from 3rd floor could hear all the noise from outside vehicles.Food at the breakfast buffet was stale. On the day of check out,someone stole my expensive watch from the room.When I asked to see the video from the cctv, i was told technician is on holiday,asked about manager,even manager was on holiday. So beware of your belongings these people are thieves.

2nd time in BKK
2nd time staying here, the room we got was a bit dated, but assuming we just got the last pick by the time we checked in, there was a big difference in quality to the first time we stayed, but nonetheless everything else was great, staff are so welcoming, will go above and beyond for you, breakfast was okay, a bit more variety would be better. Although a bit far from Central BKK, you’re close to BTS stations so everything is accessible. Would stay again!

The service we received made our trip even more special and memorable\. A special thank you to Mr. Golf who was the receptionist on our first day He was so kind and welcoming. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ally and Ravi, who were equally helpful and supportive throughout our stay.We also really enjoyed the breakfast.It was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety of choices, making it a wonderful way to start each day. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.We will definitely remember the kindness we experienced here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. ❤️🇹🇭

Goed, uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekker zwembad. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Grote kamer. Hard matras Grote badkamer De locatie: 12 minuten lopen van metrostation Lumphini (blauwe lijn) en Sala Daeng (lichtgroene lijn)
