False listing. Listed and confirmed that there is washing machine facility. When asked, the response was the property has no washing machine. In fact they are still listing the facility.

Ausreichend für einen kurzen Städtetrip.
Absolut positiv war die Lage der Unterkunft. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten quasi um die Ecke. Ebenso verschiedenste Lokale. Das Appartmen war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Klimaanlage vorhanden.
Extrem hellhöriges Appartment. Fenster schließen nicht dicht. Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist die Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht. Weniger durch die Gäste der Lokale vielmehr durch das Aufräumen und Vorbereiten (Glasabfall, Kehrmaschinen, Anlieferung). Nicht nutzbar war der kleine Hinterhof/Terasse wegen der Abluft der darunterliegenden Gaststätte. Die Terassentür konnte nachts nicht zur Belüftung geöffnet werden. Nicht ausreichend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten (3 Erwachsene). Steile Treppe im Eingangsbereich nicht geeignet wenn geheingeschränkt oder großes Gepäck. Zudem Stufen innerhalb des Appartments.
