    A step back in history in a beautiful palazzo in a wonderful non-touristy town.

    We had a lovely time in Lucera. Antonio was so welcoming when we arrived, even helping to carry our luggage to the rooms. The palazzo was wonderful - very grand, historic and so interesting in all the different rooms. The garden area was beautiful and so peaceful to have a coffee or read a book. It was very well situated to walk everywhere in the town. Antonio provided lots of information about places to see, restaurants etc. all his suggestions were spot on - high quality and well worth it. We loved Lucera for its understated true local cultural experience. I highly recommend Le Foglie Di Acanto.
