    Nice and cozy stay

    Very clean and employees are so friendly

    The breakfast could be better we asked for omelette first they said it is not available only boiled eggs and then we had them. For the juices nobody told us that juices are available we had to ask about it as well.

    Disappointed. Maybe 4 stars hotel at most.

    Staff is professional and friendly

    Its not a 5stars hotel. Its 4 at most. I asked for a king bed we agreed that I get the 2 beds attached together but they didnt cover it with a proper bedsheet equivalent to king and there was this whole in the middle. Also for the covers they were 2 small duvets instead of king duvet so it wasn't comfortable. My baby and I didnt sleep well. We got a hair in the pasta and the restaurant experience was not up to a 5 stars expectations. And so many other things the list goes on. Not to mention the AC went off at night and that the door doesnt lock from inside which is not safe for kids or families with under 3 years old kids.
