Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. I would stay again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a lovely, but a bit out of the way location. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Its a lovely relaxing environment.

The instructions about the onsens were a little confusing. Staff said something different to what the room information folders said. We have to confirm with reception.
