Soggiorno fantastico
Soggiorno davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! La camera era molto bella, accogliente, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente al personale, sempre gentilissimo, sorridente e incredibilmente disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, dubbio o consiglio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la loro attenzione verso gli ospiti: ci hanno persino dato la possibilità di fare una doccia la sera, diverse ore dopo il check-out, prima di recuperare i bagagli e proseguire il nostro viaggio. Un gesto di grande cortesia che dimostra quanto tengano al benessere dei propri ospiti! Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità. Assolutamente da non perdere il rooftop bar: atmosfera piacevolissima e cocktail davvero ottimi! Un posto perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Un hotel che consigliamo senza esitazioni e in cui torneremmo molto volentieri. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’eccellente ospitalità!

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. The service was excellent. Alice from the reception was wonderful and she recommended very good restaurants. The breakfast, pool area and gym was great. We loved it.

Le Jardin was a lovely hotel with some amazing staff that went out of their way to make our time in Hanoi easy and enjoyable. We thought the location was great, a walk to the old quarter but plenty of great food and coffee options around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was lovely as well. I want to particularly call out the staff at reception, they helped us when one of our bags didn’t arrive and the airline told us we would need to go back to the airport to pick it up the next day, the staff at Le Jardin reached out to them and made sure the bag was delivered to our hotel within a day!

Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us with all our needs (e.g. laundry, restaurant reservation etc.). Room was big, met our needs, in a central part of town. The pillow was so comfy that I bought one to bring home with me :)
Breakfast was pretty basic, food wasn't exactly the best. The room also seemed a little old, but it was sufficiently clean and spacious.
