As a 5-star establishment, your hotel markets itself on flawless luxury and premium hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience of our stay fell entirely short of these standards. Despite checking in at 12.00 (we were told the rooms would be ready at 15.00), we received access to the first room at 16.00 and the other one at 21.00 (we left for dinner at 18.30 and hadn't received access at that time). We were told at 16.00 that the other room was almost ready, at 17.40 that it would be another 5 min. for the other room, at 18.00 another 20 min. for the room. No compensation other than a shrug shouldered - nonchalant "sorry" and after asking for some kind of compensation 3 vouchers for 1 soft drink in the mini bar. Very classy! We paid roughly 500 eur for one night for two rooms at a 5 star hotel and received a 1 star treatment.
