    Esiste la perfezione? Sì è la si ritrova a Les Mas des Chutes. Le motivazioni? Un luogo curato in modo amorevolmente impeccabile dai proprietari, Estelle e Patrice, che hanno nel proprio DNA la cultura dell’accoglienza e della cura dei particolari della loro struttura, iniziando dagli spazi dedicati agli ospiti (ambienti arredati con gusto e charme), proseguendo per il parco estremamente curato , animato da alpaca, galline (che contribuiscono alla qualità della cucina), anatre, per la piscina bella e confortevole, senza dimenticare la colazione con prodotti naturali, di qualità e realizzati ricorrendo alle risorse della tenuta e dei produttori locali, la medesima impostazione delle opportunità offerte dalle proposte contenute nella cena, accompagnata dalle eccellenze dei vini della Provenza. Un ulteriore particolare a supporto di quanto descritto in precedenza: Patrice elabora quotidianamente (a chi lo gradisce) un particolareggiato programma di visita agli splendidi luoghi del territorio: preziosissimo. Concludo ricordando il piacere con il quale al termine della giornata ritornavamo alla splendida location e alla cortese ospitalità dei proprietari
