    Clean, comfortable and quiet

    The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Being able to park directly outside was a huge benefit for us, as we have a baby. The location near to West Cliff was convenient but quiet, and you can see the sea from the front door.

    The apartment would benefit from coat hooks and a shoe rack or similar when you come in, especially in wetter weather, as the door opens directly into the apartment - if you leave your shoes on the mat they're in the way and it soon gets dirty. It would be helpful to have some way of sweeping or hoovering up. We could only find a broken dustpan and brush, which couldn't really do the job. It would also have been useful to have some instructions/a handbook (information on staying in the flat, recycling, local amenities, etc).

    Whitby stay

    Great location. Very comfortable and clean. Good messages beforehand

    Some info on operating the oven. We got it in the end. Only a minor moan lol
