    Location an all extras, pools , gym, parking. Amazing spot

    Going to the top of my accommodation list in Auckland. 10/10

    The apartment was cute and perfect for a serene get away, with beautiful scenic views of the city. It accommodated to every desire.. indoor heated pool, spa and sauna, and a stunning outdoor pool and hot spa. Close to everything. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, and/or a family get away.

    The one and only issue was traveling 5-10kms to collect and return the key, as I'm not from Auckland, it would have been difficult if I didn't have a vehicle.

    Don't stay here in hot weather. No need to go downstairs for the sauna - the apartment becomes one!

    There was a washing machine, so it was convenient for us to do laundry while we were there. We also enjoyed the view of the city and harbor from the apartment's balcony.

    The air conditioning was broken. The host was aware because there was a note made with a label-maker saying such. Two fans were supplied, but it wasn't enough. If my reservation was refundable upon entry to the apartment, I would have cancelled right then and there. It was March, and 25C outside. The apartment has north-facing windows that just baked in the afternoon sun making the temperature in the apartment unbearable. I received a greeting email from the host via Booking.com. The email said to reply to host by replying to the email. I sent emails about the unbearable heat, about the broken garbage disposal, and the lack of anything oven-proof despite the listing including an oven (no baking sheets/pans, no spatulas/turners, no oven mitts - no equipment for actually using the oven! And, the microwave was in "demo" mode = unusable. I sent 3 separate emails, none of which were responded to by the host.
