    Disappointing.

    Our welcome to the hotel was good and the pool area was welcome on a hot day.

    The bedroom was dirty and dusty and the bedding felt damp. The restaurant food was poor with many items not available. The noise of the pool system was very loud in the restaurant area. We ordered drinks which were not served until after the food arrived. Only one dessert option (fruit) was available. The hotel overall seemed to be in decline and understaffed, Sarah from reception seemed to be covering everything, food and drinks were left empty around the pool all afternoon. The pizza area and upstairs terrace area were very neglected.

    Manque de fruit au petit déjeuner. Manque chaise longue autour de la piscine. Manque friandises dans la chambre. Pas de dessert marocain. Taxes payées 2 fois. Pas de voiturier taxi à notre charge prévu dans le tarif booking
