    Quiet because of the distance from town and you have truly fabulous, helpful staff.

    The jungle feel and the absolutely fabulous staff. Deth and Panna made certain everything was great. Assisted us with understanding how to manage tuktuks and made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. One really fun thing was the goats doing the gardening! Another was the free alms-giving.

    It could use a fresh coat of paint. There was a problem with poor lighting in the walkways.

    Hôtel moyennement entretenu

    Les chambres sont joliment décorées. En revanche l’hôtel est globalement moyennement entretenu. Mais ceci est compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. Les deux inconvénients pour moi : - l’hôtel est loin du centre - la salle de sport est très vétuste et sans climatisation

    Very good

    The hotel was peaceful and beautifully decorated with a serene garden and ample space for children to run & play. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for our family of four (with kids aged 4 and 7). The staff were friendly and eager to assist us in arranging a private sunset cruise.

    The breakfast and menu options were somewhat limited, and the restaurant service was a bit slow. The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the center of Luang Prabang, so we had to call a taxi each time since the shuttle service doesn't run hourly.

    Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services. Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang.
