  Zur Zeit nicht empfehlenswert aufgrund der benachbarten Baustelle

  Die Villa sieht schön aus und ist soweit auch gut ausgestattet. Der private herzförmige Pool ist top und die Nähe zum Strand und zum Village ist auch toll. An sich hätte es uns sehr gut gefallen, aber die Baustelle hat unser Urlaubserlebnis zunichte gemacht.

  Die freie, nicht verbaute Fläche auf den Fotos direkt neben der Villa ist jetzt eine aktive Baustelle! Mit täglichen (auch an Wochenede) Bohr- und Hammerarbeiten inklusive!

  Disappointing experience – Beautiful location but terrible value for money

  the village itself is very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the beach right in front of the house is lovely, and the interior furnishings are visually very nice and modern.

  - Location & Description Inaccuracies: Contrary to the property description, there was no sea view. Furthermore, there was an active construction site right in front of the house. While it thankfully wasn't noisy, it was a massive eyesore that completely ruined the visual appeal and the holiday atmosphere of the property. - Pests: We encountered cockroaches inside the house, including a deeply upsetting incident where we found one directly in our bed on our last night. While it was currently the season for very large grasshoppers, which occasionally made their way inside, they weren't the issue as we understood it was just their season, the real problem was the cockroaches inside the house and in our bed - Poor Comfort: While the house looks nice in photos, it is not built for comfort. The living room couch is extremely hard and unpleasant to sit on. The pillows provided were also way too high and very hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. - Dampness and Odour: The villa has a persistent, unpleasant damp smell. Management provided a dehumidifier, but it was incredibly noisy and had to run for extended periods, severely impacting our relaxation. We were offered an alternative villa, but it suffered from the exact same damp issue. - unusable Outdoor Spaces: Both terraces were completely covered in bird droppings due to swallow nests. While we respect wildlife, the amount of filth made the outdoor seating areas unusable. We actually had to borrow and request basic cleaning supplies just to handle it ourselves. - Missing Basics & Broken Amenities: For this price, it was shocking that we had to repeatedly ask management for absolute basics like kitchen towels, batteries for the AC remote control, terrace seat cushions, and a bathroom squeegee (without which the bathroom flooded every time we showered). Furthermore, the handheld WC-shower was broken upon arrival.

  מקום מושלם למי שרוצה שקט . להתנתק מהעולם לזמן מה ... חוף מול הבית עם לא הרבה אנשים , כניסה למים נוחה . מסעדה צמודה , אוכל פשוט אבל ממש טעים . הליכה של 5 דקות לחוף המרכזי של charaki עם מבחר מסעדות גדול יותר. מרחק של 20 דקות ללינדוס . צוות סופר שרותי ואדיב . בית חדש, הכל יפה ונוח .

  אין פינת מנגל במתחם . ממליץ לעשות אחד לפחות .

  schöner ruhiger aufenthalt im herbst

  supernah am kiesstrand. sind teilweise noch schnell abends mit badekleidung und tuch um den bauch über die strasse gelaufen und ins meer gehüpft. aus dem schlafzimmer sah man den sonnenaufgang über dem meer. zu fuss konnte man abends in eins der lokale im dorf. hinter dem dorf erhebt sich ein hügel, auf dem eine ruine steht. der aufstieg ist gut machbar und für die kinder war es wunderbar zu erkunden. wir waren im oktober dort, es war noch warm genug um im meer zu baden. der strand war praktisch leer, als wir da waren. der kleine pool hätte uns vollkommen gereicht, war einfach im oktober schon zu kalt um viel drin zu spielen. das haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. der schlüssel ist in einem schlüsselkasten mit code deponiert, sehr unkompliziert. wir waren mit dem auto schnell an den sights, hatten aber am haus viel ruhe. weiss nicht, wie es in der hochsaison ist, wenn das kleine restaurant nebenan offen hat. sicher gut, um sich dort schnell was zu holen. für uns war es aber gut, viel ruhe zu haben. schöne einrichtung. viel platz. es ist alles recht neu, daher ist die vegetation auch noch jung und die büsche noch eher niedrig. uns hat das nicht gestört.

  Hi We are leaving in 30 minutes Some things you must change In both villas there is a wasp nest above the lamp outside, in the heartpool villa there are 2 wasp nests. One of the girls was stung by a wasp. The towels are worn and disgusting, we did not touch the blankets you brought, they were left as they were in the bag because they are old and smell bad, the water does not drain properly at the drain points in the showers. Very low level of maintenance. We would not recommend. We enjoyed the location but not the villas.
