    Prague little gem

    Beautiful comfortable apartment. Just off the beaten track so quiet enough but close enough to the hot spots. Marta was a source of local knowledge and was always available to help if needed

    Only downside would be that apartment is on 3rd floor so would not suit everyone.

    Mal trato con la anfitriona

    Finalmente no llegamos ni a alojarnos, porque la anfitriona nos dejó tirados literalmente en la puerta. No se presentó y, estando ya allí, me envió un mensaje por WhatsApp pidiéndome que pagara 80 € adicionales y “en efectivo” por nuestros dos perros pequeños, a pesar de que desde el principio estaba avisada de que viajábamos con ellos. Además, nunca respondió a través de Booking; toda la comunicación la hacía por WhatsApp. La experiencia y el trato me parecieron muy malos y nada profesionales. También conviene saber que el alojamiento está, si no recuerdo mal, en una 2.ª o 3.ª planta SIN ASCENSOR. Se anuncia que hay parking, pero después te pide 50 € al día si quieres dejar el coche. Por suerte, Booking respondió muy bien y no nos dejó tirados: nos encontró otro alojamiento, con ascensor y en muy buenas condiciones, donde finalmente pudimos quedarnos. Mi experiencia con esta anfitriona fue muy negativa y, desde luego, no la recomendaría.
