    We arrived to find that there was a power outage and the manager stated that emails were sent out that morning , which I guess ours got lost . We weren’t offered any help in relocating or a discount on future stays or anything, which I’m upset, I used to love staying at this hotel. Very disappointed.

    Friendly staff but service was terrible. They wouldn't even bring utensils up to the room for you, you had to go downstairs to get it yourself.
