  Giovanni was very helpfull and kind, he answered very fast for any question, he even send us recommendations around the apartment and warnings of rain.

  Great location and a great value

  Good location. It’s a little bit away from the main tourist areas so it’s not as busy, but Close to the hop on hop off bus and the Central Firenze train station and the city train Nice restaurants and cafés nearby. 10 minute walk to a grocery store. 20 minute walk to the Arno River walkway which is a great place to go for a run, especially if you head east It’s very large and clean. The owner is very nice and attentive. He was very helpful with local attractions. The kitchen was great and had every thing needed to cook our own meals other than a microwave. He supplied spaghetti and sauce plus bread and milk and a nice bottle of wine.There were even fresh figs from the tree in the yard!

  A bit noisy from the trains and vesicles. It was too buggy to use the outside Terrace, which is a shame because it’s a really nice space. The breakfast food were just sugary pastry.

  我和家人在這裡度過了愉快的三晚，下次有機會再訪佛羅倫斯還會再選擇這裡住宿

  抵達當日房東Giovanni很熱情的招呼我們，詳細的介紹旅館的環境，幫我們準備了不少義大利麵/醬料/麵包/飲料等，還準備了很多防蚊液給我們對抗夏天的蚊子！ 旅館的空間很大，我們訂的房型有兩間大臥室、一間客廳、一間餐廳、一間有乾濕分離的浴室和一個室外的花園，兩間臥室內都有冷氣；旅館位於有外部大門的一樓，方便搬運行李；步行10-15分鐘即可抵達佛羅倫斯車站，佛羅倫斯大部分的景點也在步行可抵達的距離
