Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Die Flexibilität des Vermieters bzgl. der Personenzahl.
Es gab eine Konfusion wegen des Parkplatzes. Das Problem lag aber vermutlich bei booking. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass die Wohnung in einer ZTL Zone liegt. Je nach Zeit der Anreise ist das daher ungeschickt. Einchecken muss man in der nahe gelegenen Pasticceria. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Generell ist die Wohnung in einem passablen Zustand. Die Elektrik sollte mal überprüft werden, da die Lichtschalter teilweise nicht fest sind und so Kabel offen liegen.

La struttura l’abbiamo trovata davvero pulita, molto carina e accogliente. Si vede che è stata ristrutturata di recente. Oltre alla pulizia, il bagno era fornito di tutto il necessario. Ci hanno fatto anche trovare le bottiglie d’acqua in frigo e delle cialde per il caffè. Davvero un ottimo qualità prezzo. In più si è a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Viterbo
La camera affianca un’altra camera del complesso della struttura e si sente davvero tanto. Purtroppo non c’è un parcheggio incluso gratuito e arrivare non è proprio comodo se si hanno i bagagli
