Location is excellent, bathroom is very good (new, clean, love the bidet!) staff were very nice and helpful too.

The Basingstoke didn't drain well, very very slow ..we meant to mention it but forgot.. it wasn't a major problem and I'm sure they would've unblocked it straight away had we asked. The room is small too but also not an issue.
