    Très bien situé.La qualité du spa et les differents equipements.. La propreté en général.

    L'emplacement et la décoration de la chambre

    Literie sale, le surmatelas était plein de traces noires et non protégé par une alèse, un verre à dents avec la trace du dentifrice du client précédent et le mur de la douche avec des résidus de savon. Le spa était bondé impossible d'avoir accès aux jacuzzi et il faisait froid.

    Spa spacieux et diversifié

    À notre arrivée parking complet, 1 h a chercher une place pour se garer en plein centre-ville d’Aix Les Bains pour au final se garer à 10 min a pied de l’hôtel avec les bagages…. Aucune anticipation de la part de l’hôtel, nous l’avons choisis pour le parking privé pour au final ne pas l’avoir …
