    Points positifs : ⁃ la vue : San Gimignano, les vignes ⁃ La localisation : tout près de San Gimignano, sans la foule ⁃ La location : très bel appartement/maison, déco très authentique. Confortable ⁃ Piscine très agréable et relativement peu fréquentée

    Points négatifs : ⁃ pas de terrasse intime: la terrasse est en fait l’entrée de la location qui donne sur un escalier qui dessert certaines autres locations et juste devant la petite route du complexe. Pas de paravent rien. Donc tout le monde profite de votre petit déjeuner ou de votre dîner ou de votre linge qui sèche… ⁃ Malgré l’interdiction, des voitures en permanence stationnées devant la location et parfois tôt le matin. Très désagréable ⁃ La chaleur : la maison n’est pas climatisée et malgré l’épaisseur des murs elle est très difficile à rafraîchir. Les ventilateurs sont insuffisants pour passer des nuits reposantes ⁃ Le matériel de cuisine : un peu insuffisant (couteau à découper par exemple) et obsolète
