    A near-perfect flat for a city trip in Florence, and a very, very helpful and professional landlady.

    The location of the flat could not be better: everything is within walking distance, and there are very good restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

    The neighbours were loud for quite a while on one evening shortly before midnight, but, as I said, only on that one evening. Otherwise, the flat was pleasantly quiet despite its location in the pedestrian zone.
