    Magical location. Cute village. Nice vibes

    In terms of location this is hard to beat - waking up right at the foot of Mont Blanc is extraordinary. Staff were very nice. Interesting scrambled egg machine at breakfast the workings of which were kindly explained to us by a Japanese fellow guest.

    Location

    Lack of communication. Lack of facilities. Asked them to confirm if suitable for a wheelchair user, despite responding request was accepted. Arrived expecting access to a room and found that we were expected to crawl up the stairs. We had to find somewhere else at short notice. Then they told booking. Com that we did not show so we were still charged for the room. They have not responded to either myself or booking.com since. Book with caution.
