    Good location on Serenity beach, with basic facilities.

    Location is right next to the Serenity beach. Staff is polite and helpful.

    The bathroom needs to be maintained better. When we came, the commode seat was displaced and the drain pipe under the washbasin was leaking, which we had to fix. There is trash outside the resort (and quite a lot on the beach).

    Stay was Good but not Memorable and Pleasant

    Vicinity to serenity beach was bet part of stay...

    Staff didn't appear professional and were dressed casually, not clean shaven but were attentive and responding quickly. Language was issue. Breakfast arrangements were pathetic. Tea or coffee arrangement was not there.
