L'emplacement, la bâtisse
Le manque d'équipements ( pas de machine à café), une demande de 20 supplémentaires par nuit simplement pour fournir des draps pour le canapé lit du salon, ce qui nous a semblé excessif

Soggiorno perfetto, posizione top, prezzo ottimo.
Sicuramente la posizione è ottima, i centro a Como, il prezzo per la posizione è molto buono, il parcheggio a pagamento è a 5 minuti dall'appartamento (fate conto che dalle 20 alle 15 ho speso circa 27 euro), nello stabile c'è anche un ristorante tipico del posto a piano terra accessibile dalle scale interne...prezzi normali .... top! Appartamento nuovo pulito, in ordine e molto tranquillo dato che è in ZTL, Letto comodissimo.
non era il mio caso ma chi ha tanti bagagli non c'è ascensore ma niente di insormontabile

Good
It was clean. Location was good and central. Host was responsive.
The bed was noisy and lights were very dim in the apartment. The corridor didn't has automatic light so it was so dark for someone who is here for the first time doesn't know where the switch is.
