    Una delusione

    Le camere erano pulite ma essenziali, il letto comodo. Utile lo spazio comune con la possibilità di mangiare qualcosa (portato dall'esterno).

    Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse nessuno ad accoglierci e che la colazione fosse limitata ad un caffe. Inoltre, nella camera non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per sedersi, a parte il letto. Un vero peccato.

    Nice area, can be noisy.

    In a nice enough area, not too far from the centre.

    Walls are definitely not sound proof, as the couple next door let us know for roughly 4-6 hours of extremely loud talking, laughing, Tv and “Other activities” each night.

    We were woken up at 4:30 am by the aircon leaking over us (it is located above the bed head). We turned off immediately

    My partner and I loved this space. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we required. The fridge was a bonus and was convenient location. We loved our time here. A quick 20 min walk to Colosseum was fantastic. Market shops around area which is convenient.

    We were woken up at 4:30 am by the aircon leaking over us (it is located above the bed head). We turned off immediately but it continued to leak disrupting our sleep. Completely aware this was out of control of staff. We informed straight away. But this is where the communication was very poor. They told us they were going to have someone come look at it during the day, no communication after that, aircon continued to leak on us during the following night. The room became very hot and we felt disappointed as we thoroughly enjoyed our time here but felt the communication during this was lacking. Besides this concern, we did love this place and were comfortable regardless. The cleaner was a lovely lady.
