La pulizia in bagno, una doccia con un saliscendi utilizzabile, un porta carta igienica, un bidè che non allaghi il bagno, controllare che gli asciugamani siano puliti. Far trovare delle bustine per il the e del latte, per colazione. Qualche asciugapiatti in più, uno mi pare pochino.

Mi sono fermato solo una notte, pertanto va bene così ma per periodo lungo l'appartamento necessita
Facilità di parcheggio in zona. Macchina per il caffè a cialde.
L'arredo bagno necessita di rinnovamento e anche la rubinetteria in paticolar modo il telefono doccia. L'arredamento della camera da letto è vetusto con rete letto senza telaio e quindi mobile e rumorosa.
