    Nice and spacious room with private bathroom and entrance from the yard. It is easy to find the place. Thanks for the owner for the clear instructions. Please note that kitchen is shredded between other visitors (did not get it right from the description). But it is spacious comfortable and well equipped.

    Location. Next to the place there is a factory, which might be a bit noisy at night. Although the place is located 15 min walk to the Tower the way might seem not really pleasant because it is along the road and under the railway, but it is well lightened in the evening. Unfortunately during our stay there were reconstructions of the tunnel under the railway and pedestrian way was completely closed. We had to walk round, 4km to the city instead of less than 1.

    Basic affordable accommodation

    Basic accommodation with affordable price . Bed was comfortable, we were pleased to find toiletries and hair dryer. Convenient location- walking distance to Pisa Tower and close to train station with connection to Lucca and main station Pisa Centrale . Be aware this seems a bit industrial location - there is some kind of factory next to the building, but it was quiet. Also , you need to use an underpass to get to the station and the centre.

    Some things do not function - window handles were not properly working, so the window does not close completely , bathroom door does not close properly, water pressure in the shower is low. The keys and lock was a bit jammed, difficult to unlock the front door.
