    Excellent quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano

    Excellent quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano. Very comfortable rooms, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, superb breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. They are always incredibly helpful , kind and we always enjoy our stays with them, many thanks as always! (Apologies for late review! Overlooked whilst travelling 😊)

    Superb

    the room has air conditioning, which is a surprise to us. The host is helping, and breakfast is good. The restaurant is just next to the lake, a very comfortable environment. The room is clean.

    Would never stay again

    Breakfast was highlight, despite the numerous attention from birds throughout duration of eating which I appreciate the property has no control over.

    At first impression room looked great and good size,then saw that TV didn't work, wifi barely worked for even text based websites, staff didn't know how the sauna or hot tub could be operated. Cobwebs in numerous corners and dust on floor, fridge in room terrible and fell forwards when trying to cool liquids and essentially unusable. Turning on one set of lights led to constant blinking and could not be used. No attention to detail for the price. Also advertised as mountain view...this was an exaggeration, from one window can just see it above other houses.
