Exceptional accommodation 5 stars.
The location was fantastic, next to the tram stop, leaving every 7mins. Less than 10 minutes to the centre. The area has good restaurants and great cafes,(2min walk). The hosts Sara and her mother couldn't be nicer, they accommodated us for an earlier than planned arrival, Sara gave us great advise on restaurants and tours. The room was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with yougarts, coffee and fruit. I have to give 5 stars. We will definitely be returning here.

A very nice experience on our first (but not last) visit to Florence; a most beautiful city.
The guest house is a short tram ride from the city centre. Trams are frequent ,cheap and run from early morning until after midnight .The bedroom, bedding, bathroom and towels were very clean. The shared kitchen was very clean, modern and well-supplied. Our hosts were kind and helpful. We would definitely book ‘Le Tre Orchidee’ again.
I cannot think of anything lacking or frustrating with regard to our accommodation. It’s location is 50m from Dalmazia tram stop within a self-contained locale. There are shops, cafes and eating places in the immediate area which even boasts its own cinema.

Las anfitrionas muy atentas,lugar acogedor y limpio. Nos ofrecieron café ,frutas,yogurt por la mañana. Muy cerca para tomar transporte y esta cerca el centro historico.
