Ottima accoglienza. Ottimo staff.
Lo staff innanzitutto è veramente gentile e disponibile. Ho richiesto il breakfast box per la.mattina del check out e mi hanno prenotato anche un massaggio in camera. Sempre attenti e sorridenti, mai invadenti. La stanza è pulita e la posizione è ottima anche per spostarsi a piedi come ho fatto io. A due passi dal fiume e da pub street. ATM vicinissimo.
La strada davanti l'hotel è dissestata e con la pioggia si formano pozzanghere enormi, ma questo è un problema comune a tutte le attività della strada.

Excellent staff, sometime poor facilities.
Exceptional staff - extremely helpful.
Upon arrival refrigerator didn't work, fan didn't work, tv didn't work. And, it appears none of the TVs work (I was in two different rooms with non-functioning televisions). Air conditioner broke down, but was fixed within 4 sweltering hours. N.B. apparently the non-working refrigerator thing is common as they had multiple refrigerators sometimes sitting in the hallway which they swap around. (In my 2nd room there was a fridge but no power outlet anywhere near it! same for useless tv).

Run dont walk away. Stay away at all cost.
Was so gross I left. The TV eas broken. There was no lock on the room door. No lift and a guy on the balcony looking in the room. Walls were dirty. Bed bugs
