La casa aveva un bellissimo terrazzo vivibile, la posizione per visitare i dintorni era ottimale e molto vicina al mare. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima, disponibile ed al tempo stesso discreta. Posizione ottimale per il mare raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi (il ritorno è in salita ma molto fattibile, meno per una persona anziana), il centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti sempre a piedi (sostanzialmente la struttura è in centro). Appartamento Sole spazioso, piano terra (all' interno della grande proprietà) con un bel ampio terrazzo semipanoramico dotato di quanto necessario, ma anche lavatrice, ferro da stiro e phon. Stanze da letto ampie con bella balconata che affaccia sulla strada come fosse un terzo piano, si vede il mare. Casa fresca.
Forse l' unica cosa la pulizia non impeccabile, forse appartamento pulito da qualche giorno non di recente e quindi ne risentiva. Purtroppo alcune stoviglie avevano della muffa/spore creata in superficie. Credo che il titolare non se ne sia accorto, fidandosi probabilmente degli addetti alla pulizia. Ma ripeto tutto il resto davvero molto bene che ha reso questo aspetto trascurabile.
