It was a great place for a weekend getaway

    Centrally located and comfortable

The office isn’t open until 9 am

The room was updated and the decor was comfortable we had all we needed and were able to enjoy our stay. It was walking distance from all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

The floor wasn't cleaned, our feet turned black. we had to wear socks. It was unexpected but it could have been from the gravel in the parking lot. Not sure if that was it or if the mopping was just skipped

Great location, comfy clean rooms but terrible value

Great location and renovated room. Clean.

The receptionist on Friday check-in was disinterested and not friendly. Zero customer service skills. The receptionists on Saturday and Sunday were very nice and welcoming. The price gouging on Oktoberfest weekend is ridiculous. Will not stay here again because of that.

Clean room, efficient staff, but bring your own bed pillows from home.

    Thr cleanliness of the room

The beds were very hard. Woke up with a backache everyday. The pillows, 2 were OK, the other 2 were thick and heavy - unusable. More light in bathroom is needed. Couldn't see to put on makeup or stay my hair.
