Location is great (bit away from the tourist zone), and very nice to have a spacious terrace up high (on 6th floor) - which was really the reason I chose the property. It is also close to Evangelismos station and easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Very convenient to supermarkets (right underneath) and Lycabettus hill.
Didn’t feel very clean on arrival - for example, the terrace was extremely dusty (I had to clean it myself). Not bad but not as homely as I hoped, for sure perfectly fine if you intend to use the place as a base, spend your days exploring the city and eating out.
