Wonderful location, luxurious bedding, such nice staff.
Check-in was nice and efficient. The property was gorgeous and you can't beat the location! The room itself was clean and the bedding was amazing! The extra pillows were a nice touch. Plenty of towels and the in-room coffee maker was really good.
Inside the room could use a few repairs, particularly around the outlets and electronics. I was looking forward to taking a bath in the spa-like tub but was very disappointed that the hot water seemed to be limited, flowing just above a trickle. If I tried to turn on the hot water to an acceptable flow, there was a horrible sound like all of the fixtures were going to explode.

Definitely NOT worth $500/night!
The building was great and the decor very good. The location in the main square was very good as well.
The service was poor, all requests were rejected, with profuse apologies, but negated all the same. No breakfast, no meals. The fridge was located in the bedside table and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. In general, a lack of attention to detail.

Nice way to pamper yourself.

Room was not made up as promised between 12:00-3:00. The manager called to apologize because the cleaning lady had an emergency appointment. He arranged for someone to come out in 20 minutes. We were offered a glass of wine in their lovely tasting room. Sometimes you learn about a place when something goes wrong.

Great hotel excellent location.
The wine tasting was a nice touch. The room was really nice with a fire place by the bed. It was walking distance to everything.
It was expensive but so were hotels near by that weren’t even half as nice.
