Host incredibly friendly and helpful. The flat is comfortably furnished with modern appliances all in excellent condition. It is situated in the city centre, just off the Headrow (near Town Hall). The side street had a lot of construction work taking place, and was quite messy. I was travelling for work, and this did not cause any problems for me, but might note be for everyone. Despite central location, it was quiet at night. It was perfect for my needs and I would gladly stay again.
