    Warm and welcoming place in a great location

    The hotel is located in a most spectacular corner of Ireland, by Killary Harbour and surrounded by mountains. Staff were truly friendly and welcoming, and eager to provide local advice. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom among the largest you ever find in hotels! Our evening meal was really nice and the breakfast set us up well for the hike to Mweelrea (!!!). The brown bread baked by the chef is a true specialty, and they will even give you a copy of the recipe!

    We tried the bread recipe at home, and the bread came out tasty but different to that we tried at the hotel. So we'll have to go back to investigate!

    Fantastische Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen und eine gemütliche Bar mit Kamin. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wie würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    Einige würden eventuell bemängeln, dass das Hotel "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" ist.
