    Very clean room in a convenient location.

    The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, in a good location- easy to find but on a fairly quiet road. Parking is directly in front of the house and there is a bus stop over the road with a half hourly service to Gosport. The breakfast room though small offered a good choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruits, tea, coffee and juices, etc.

    The room we stayed in, and the breakfast room were very compact, not an issue for a short stay. Maybe over a longer period of days this would become wearing.

    Nice place to stay in a quiet part of town

    Quiet part of town but still close to the beach and shops. Healthy options for breakfast Seaside memorabilia Off Road parking

    Last minute booking so had a room without ensuite.
