El hospedaje bien, la zona peligrosa
Las habitaciones en general estaban bien, los baños excelentes, salvo las literas que una cama era incomoda, el resto del hospedaje muy bien
La ubicación, más de una vez encontramos en nuestra puerta a personas drogándose, fue muy incomodo e inseguro llegar, la zona no es la mejor

Wir bedauern unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Apartment-Service sehr. Vor unserer Anreise war der Kundenservice jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich mehrfach wegen der Zahlung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt. Sobald die Zahlung erfolgt war, änderte sich dies jedoch deutlich. Trotz mehrerer höflicher Anfragen nach einer Rechnung erhielten wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung mit einer Lösung. Stattdessen wurden wir wiederholt mit Aussagen wie „Wir kümmern uns um Ihr Anliegen“ vertröstet, ohne dass tatsächlich etwas passiert ist. Für uns gehört zu einem guten Kundenservice nicht nur die schnelle Abwicklung der Zahlung, sondern auch eine zuverlässige Betreuung nach der Buchung. Leider hatten wir den Eindruck, dass nach dem Zahlungseingang kein Interesse mehr an unserem Anliegen bestand. Unsere Buchhaltung wartet bis heute auf die Rechnung, obwohl wir diese mehrfach angefordert haben. Das erschwert unsere internen Abläufe erheblich. Wir teilen diese Erfahrung, damit andere Gäste wissen, worauf sie sich einstellen müssen. Ein guter Service sollte auf Gegenseitigkeit beruhen – nicht nur auf einer reibungslosen Zahlungsabwicklung, sondern auch auf einer verlässlichen Betreuung im Anschluss.
