The "host" communicated purely via an chat bot, we were left stranded for 90 minutes after receiving incorrect info about the unit we were "supposed" to staying in, then magically at 3pm (the chat bot sent us different information). The unit sleeps 6 not 11. The addittional beds were thin mattresses not suitable for a child. Very poor overall experience. Thankfully we didn't have to spend too much time there

It was quite near to Legoland

The master bedroom toilet was clogged. I've reached out to admin about it but they referred me to another person for plumbing issues. I didn't have time to check with another person and wait for them to come since we went out early in the morning and only came back late at night. The bedsheets were dusty. I stongly recommend he team to check the unit earlier before customers check in into the unit.
