Great for the family.
It was great for kids. And the beds were extremely comfortable.
The best I could tell was the restaurant couldn’t handle the amount of families staying at the hotel. A reservation for the complimentary breakfast was preferred but it was sold out until almost the time the breakfast closed. It’s a great hotel but the food part seems lacking.

Fun LEGO Theme, but Not Quite Worth the Price
The LEGO theme throughout the hotel is fun and creates a special experience for children. We stayed for one night at the end of August with our two children, aged 5 and 8, between two days at the park. The themed rooms were fun, and there were LEGO sculptures throughout the hotel. The central play area is a nice feature, even though it is fairly simple. One of the biggest hits with our children was the elevator, which plays disco music and has flashing lights every time it moves — such a small detail, but they absolutely loved it! Overall, the hotel has some lovely touches that make it exciting for young LEGO fans.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not quite justify the high price. The hotel feels as though a lot of thought went into the original concept, but the maintenance and finer details could use more attention. The play area and parts of the interior look quite worn from heavy use, and the playground itself is not particularly large or varied. The swimming pool was a major disappointment. It looks much more impressive in the promotional photos than it does in reality. It is smaller than expected and gets very crowded. The water also did not look clean during our visit, and even our children noticed it and wanted to leave. On top of that, the pool closes at 8 p.m. and is not open in the morning, meaning there is no opportunity to swim on your check-out day. The included breakfast was underwhelming for a hotel at this price point. The standard selection was quite basic, with scrambled powdered eggs, bacon, potatoes, some fruit, bagels and toast, and a limited choice of drinks. More interesting options, including LEGO-shaped waffles, were available for an additional charge. I would have expected more fun LEGO-themed touches at breakfast, such as themed tableware and a wider selection of creative options included in the price. We have had better and tastier breakfasts at much less expensive hotels. It was also surprising that decent coffee was not available, even for an extra charge. The hotel shop offered a limited selection of food and drinks, at prices comparable to those in the park. Our children enjoyed some aspects of the hotel, particularly the themed rooms and the fun elevator, but overall, the facilities and food quality did not meet our expectations for the price. It feels like the hotel relies heavily on its LEGO theme while the upkeep and overall guest experience could be improved. It was a fun experience to try once, but knowing what we know now, we probably would not stay again.
