Fantastic location, perfect outdoor pool area for groups, and even a roof for star gazing!
There is only one AC unit and it's in the living room, so it's not comfortable sleeping in the summer when it's very hot, especially for out of town guests. We ended up putting some of the mattresses in the living room to sleep.

Location was excellent!
Location!
The air-conditioning hadn't been on when we arrived so the house was too warm and it took 24hrs for the house to chill down properly.
