    1. Excellent location, close to the Homer Spit. 2. The room, kitchen,and bathroom were all exceptionally clean. 3. The in-floor heating was very comfortable. 4. Lake view.

    The seaplanes start taking off in the morning, so it can get a bit noisy. If you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in, this might be slightly disruptive.

    In a wildly overpriced part of the world, they offer decent accommodations at a somewhat less overpriced rate.

    They claim to have a restaurant. It's a snack bar at best.

    Highly recommend as property so looked after.

    Location was perfect with view of lake. Great shower and kitchen. 5 min drive to Spit and supermarket. Had fab weather so great to sit outside. Easy instructions to get in and liked 3pm check in. Restaurant on site but didn’t use.

    Would have liked washer/dryer but knew that on booking. Was great.
