Incredible stay - feeling right at home

The hotel is very new, the rooms are super clean and very comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised upon arriving, the photos do not do it justice - it’s better! The staff is super nice, made us feel at home straight away and always treated us with the best of smiles. There is a restaurante with really good local food and internacional option. The roof top is also very pleasant, we were able to have a good view of the sunset and Mount Longonot. We also had an amazing driver, Mr. Charles, that was assigned to the hotel. He took us into town and to do all our tours. I will definitely recommend it to everyone coming to Naivasha.

    Everything was amazing

The meals were really good and prices or meals outside of the buffet were modest. The rooms and facility were great and I had a great time at the gym which had an instructor. The rooms have no need for air conditioning as the area is cool and the hotel rooms are so well ventilated.

The location is a bit far from Lake Naivasha and the access roam from the Nakuru highway is under construction giving a rough access road. However the hotel overlooks the whole neighborhood with a good aerial view.

The ambience in the hotel rooms, cleanliness and class was what we did not expect. Keep up the good work. Me and my family were so happy.

I wished the spa was working on weekends.

    Bad hotel!

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We booked full board. On several occasions, they tried to charge us for soft drinks that had already been paid for when we settled the bill for the room and all meals. Some of the food was not fresh and caused severe stomach pain. Furthermore, the pool is open for only two hours a day - during times when it is very cold outside, making it impossible to actually use it.  On top of all that, I had a massage today. I want to issue a warning: the massage was performed by someone who claimed to have professional expertise, but judging by her technique, she had absolutely no idea how to give a massage. She was pleasant but not attentive; she caused me quite a bit of pain, even after I asked her to reduce the pressure. Another important point is that the spa is located inside the gym, so you can hear loud thuds whenever people are using the machines or lifting weights. In conclusion, I will never return to this appalling hotel. I recommend that anyone visiting the area find a pleasant hotel -unlike Lemaiyan Resort. It is not worth the cost in any way.
