    Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias tanto en la casa como en el barrio.

    El único pero es la ubicación a 30 minutos caminando del centro cosa que ya sabíamos y además hay opciones para ir en transporte público cerca

    Bon rapport qualite/prix

    Chambre confortable et propre. Cuisine commune parfaitement équipée, 2 salles de bains pour un total de 5 chambres. 2 chambres donnent sur la rue, nous avions l'une d'elles. Les autres n'ont pas de fenêtres ou qui donnent sur cuisine/salon. Stations de vélos en libre service à chaque bout de la rue, pratique pour se rendre en ville car trop loin à pied sinon.

    Le salpêtre sur les murs, heureusement en aérant, pas d'odeurs. Murs pas isolés, on entend tout, votre tranquillité dépendra donc de vos colocataires, tout comme la propreté des espaces communs...
